US Packages will arrive DHL or USPS.  Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

International orders will arrive USPS insured Air Parcel Post, thus insuring proper delivery.

Returns
We know making purchases online is sometimes a crapshoot, we always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at El Mercado. We accept returns that are in original condition, and must be unwashed and unused.

Send returns to the address below with either a copy of the order or your name and Phone # on a slip of paper. When we receive  the merchandise we will process the refund. We must receive the item within 20 days of purchase. Sorry no returns on sale items are accepted.
